GLENN McQUEENIE, OPERATING PRINCIPAL
Glenn loves to watch agents gain the skills and knowledge they need to live an abundant life.
Glenn is the Operating Principal of Keller Williams Referred Realty and Keller Williams Referred Urban Realty in Toronto. His first office was launched in 2004 and has now grown to roughly 400 agents in two offices.
Glenn’s passion is teaching, coaching and mentoring agents to help them get more referrals from their Sphere of Influence, and converting more leads and getting additional transactions from every listing they take. Glenn is also committed to helping people have careers worth having, business worth owning and lives worth living.
Glenn was licensed in 1989 after completing a University degree in Business and Economics. He counts himself very fortunate to have had great teachers and trainers in his life. Having spent over $1,000,000 of his own money attending great training, he freely shares that insight and wisdom with others.
Glenn gets his greatest joy when he hears back from agents about their successes, after implementing one of the techniques they have just learned. He is committed to building an army of educated, successful and profitable agents, who have lives worth living and who give back to the community at a high level. Real Estate is simple, not easy, and with a great coach, mentor and training, you can easily build a great Real Estate practice. You can visit Glenn’s coaching blog and Facebook.

JAMIE PURVIS, TEAM LEADER
When the time comes for change in your life, Jamie says: "Follow your heart, dare to dream, think big and live large!"
Jamie Purvis began his career in real estate over twenty years ago and in that time built a successful business and team. In 2006, he and his business partner made a decision to join a small new real estate company in Toronto: Keller Williams. They were the 74th & 75th agent to join this unknown company. Their friends thought they were crazy. Their clients didn’t care as long as they continued to provide great service and advice. They initially joined the Keller Williams Referred Realty office on Duncan Mill Road, and then switched to the company's new St. Clair office when it opened. In hindsight, Purvis says, it was the second best decision of his life (the first, asking his wife to marry him, of course).
Over the next 8 years, Jamie learned how to become a better business person. Following the proven systems and models allowed him to make more money and have more time off. He now works five days a week, with evenings and weekends off.
Jamie is passionate about leading the extraordinary team of agents at Keller Williams Referred Urban Realty, Brokerage. He loves being surrounded by growth-minded people who want to succeed and become the best they can be. With a strong focus on spreading the word about the opportunities afforded to him by Keller Williams, Jamie loves meeting with and coaching agents from inside KW, as well as those from other brokerages. He truly believes that by sharing information and best practices, we are all made better.

JASON GADAVZA, PRODUCTIVITY COACH
“Whatever the mind of man can conceive and believe, it can achieve”.
While growing up in Toronto, Jason (or JG to those who know him) had a dream: to be the next student football athlete to receive a scholarship to the United States in the NCAA. He traveled 3 hours a day to attend Michael Power high school. On January 7th, 1995, an opportunity arose... a full scholarship to Kent State University playing Division-1 Football.
In the subsequent five years the following occurred: he broke all the tight end records in the history of the school, he received his Finance degree and partially completed his MBA in Business, and he was drafted in both the CFL and NFL drafts of 2000. Faced with this choice, he took the opportunity to play for the NFL.
During his first year as a professional athlete, he played for the Baltimore Ravens during The Super Bowl... and won. His dream had come true. After a few more teams, and a few more years, JG found himself injured, and unable to play. That was when he began reading books on real estate to get educated about his future. Two years later, after surgery, he was in optimum shape to resume his football career. He became a member of the CFL, BC Lions and, in his first year, played in The Grey Cup.
Through his football training experiences, Jason has learned what it means to have desire, faith, specialized knowledge, imagination, decisiveness, persistence and discipline.
Jason's FINAL draft came from Keller Williams and he has since used every waking moment to learn everything he can about the business. As a productivity coach, JG now provides those around him with the winning determination and expert strategy every day. “Whatever the mind of man can conceive and believe, it can achieve”.
