Afternoon: MREA Business Planning Clinic (1:00 – 3:45 PM)
Now that you’ve learned how to generate more business – it’s time to map out exactly how to achieve it.
In this focused, hands-on workshop, you’ll apply proven MREA models to design your personalized 12-month business plan for 2025 (or 2026).
You’ll work through your Economic Model to calculate your exact targets – how many leads, appointments, listings, and closings you need each week to hit your income goals – and your Lead Generation Model to build the system that will make it happen.
We’ll briefly cover the Organizational and Budget Models, but most of our time will be spent creating your clear, numbers-driven roadmap for success – so you leave knowing exactly what to do on Monday morning.
